February 16, 1961
5:30 p.m.
The City Council met in an adjourned se~sion with Mayor
Burt pres~ding. Present were Councilman Jacobs, Lee and
Hartwig. Absent was Councilmen Pence.
Annexations were discussed but no action was taken_at this
time.
A motion was made by Councilman Jacobs, seconded by Council-
man Lee, to use the City owned praperty on Halcyon.Road far
road purgoses and to germit construction of a fully improved
road in accordance to City specifications, from Rena Street
to Eialcyon Raad, with the exception that plant mix birm
could be placed on the north side in lieu of concrete curb
and gutters, said construction to be of no expense to the
City of Arroyo Grande. Mayor Burt, Councilmen_Lee and
Jacobs voted "Aye". Councilman Hartwig abstained from voting.
Councilman Pence Absent.
Upon motion the meeting_adjourned.
