April 12, 1961
The City Council met in-an adjaurned session with
Ma.yor Burt presi,ding. Present were Councilmen Har~wig
and Pence. Absent Councilmen Jacobs and Lee.
A motion was made by Councilman Hartwig, seconded by
Councilman Pence, that the lease purchase agreement with
Lucinda Machado be accepted, the l~aye~r ~e authorized ~,o
sign for the City, and the down pa.yment of $4,000.00 be
made. All members present voted "Aye".
