The City Council met ~an an ad~ourned meeting with
Mayor Burt presiding. Present were Councilmen Pence, Jacobs
and Hartwig.
Absent Councilman Lee.
The Planning Commission approved and recommended the
Council proceed with the annexation of the Fair Oaks - Arroyo
Grande Annexation.
RESOLUTION NO. 504
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE CONSENTING TO THE
COMMENCEMENT OF PROCEEDINGS FOR THE AN-
NEXPaTION OF CE'&tTAIN INHABITED TERRITORY
DESIGNATED AS "FAIR OAK6-ARROYO GRANDE
ANNEXATION"
On motion of Councilman Jacobs, seconded by Council-
man Pence and by the following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Mayor Burt, Councilmen Pence, Jacobs, and Hartwig
NOES: None
ABSENTs Councilmen Lee
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 13th day of
October, 1961.
Permission was granted to the City Clerk and Director
of ~~1.ic~ Works to attend the League of California Cities
Convention in San Francisco, October 22nd to the 25th, 1961.
It was agreed to accept the bid of the B. & W. Plumbing
& Heating for $358.00, to install a heating unit in the City
Hall Anaex.
No further business appearing, the meeting adjourned.
