Minutes 1961-11-17 A motior~~aas made by Councilman Jacobs, seconded by Councilman Hartwig, that the payroll a~count records be changed to be made applicable to the National Cash Register system. All members present voted ~'Aye.'' On motion of Councilman Jacobs, seconded by Councilman Hartwig, that warrants against the General Fund for $5,480.34 for the meeting of October 24, I9f~1, be apprvved and ordered paid. All members pre~ent voted "Ayet'. On motion of Councilman Jacobs, seconded by Councilman Lee, warrants a ainst the General Fund for $9,3b4.54, the Water Fund for ~3,630.66, the Treasurer's Departmental 3'rust F~i.nf for $250.00, the Sewer Rental ~'und for $20.80 and the Water Deposit Fund for $11.00 be approved and ordered paid. All members present voted ''Ayet' . On mution of Councilman Jacobs, seconded by Couneilman Lee, Vouchers No. 17 thru No. 21 were approved and ordered ~ransferred. Al1 members present voted "Ape''. The Gity Council mefi in an adjourned session, with Mayor Burt presiding. Present were Councilman Lee and Jacobs. The purchase of 1.and for a public parking lot was discussed with representatives of the merchants of Arroyo Grande. The City would be willing to participate when other funds could be arranged and the title to the property had been cleared to meet city requirements. No further action was taken at this time.
