relative to the Sewer Project Planning Gost.
On motion of Gouncilman Lee, second.ed. by Councilman Pence,
and. by the followin~ roll call vote, to-wit: :
AYES: Maycsr Bur~, Councilmen Lee,Pence,Jacobs, Hartwi~.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was ad.opted. this 23rd d.ay of January,
1962.
On motion of Councilman Jacobs, seconded, by Councilman
Hartwig, warrants against the General F~,ind.for $4,954.17 were
approved. and. ord.ered paid.. All members present voted 'tAye".
No further business appearing, the meeting ad.journed. at

The head.ing.of the Ord.inance to transfer the assessing
and. collection of city taxes to the Couttty of San Luis Obispo,
was read. for the second. ~~ad.~.ng.
A motion was mad.e by Councilman Jacobs, seconded. by
Councilman Hartwig, to d.ispense with xead.ing the balance of
the Ord.inance. All members present voted 'tAye'r.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE TRANSFERRING
THE ASSESSMENT AND TAX COLLECTION DUTIES AND THE
COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENTS LEVIED FOR ;MUNICIPAL PURPOSES
NOW PERFORMED BY THE CITY ASSESSOR AND THE CITY TAX
COLLECTOR TO THE ASSESSOR AND TAX COLLECTOR OF THE COUNTY
OF SAN LUIS OBISPO AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
On motion of Councilman Jacobs, second.ed. by Councilman
Hartwig, and. by the following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Mayor Burt, Councilmen Hartwig and.Jacobs.
