Minutes 1963-05-07 Arroyo Grande , C al if . `~o~ Special Session May 7, 1963 - 5;30 P,M. The City Council met in special session with Mayor Burt presiding. Upon roll call, Councilmen F~ee, McNeil and Jacobs reported present. Councilman Wood was in atten~ance but did not report present on rall call. A motion was made by Councilman Jacobs, seconded by Councilman Lee that the final map of Tract No. 273 consisting of 35 lots be approved gending receipt and f inalization of fihe f ollowing: 1. Construction details being approved by the Gity Engineer. 2. Bond for the estimate cost of construct~.on. 3. All requirem~n~s of the City Subdivision Ordinance being met. A~1 Councilmen who reported present voted "Aye", Counciimen Wood did not vote. Mr. Kenneth Skenk, speaking for Mrs. Schulenberg, Coach Road, Arroyo Grande, requested that her property be served by the City Water System at the time of the development of Tract No. 273 due to the possibility of her present water supply being contaminated by the ii~stallation of septic tanks in the proposed develop~ent, which is located adjacent b~x her property. After discussian the Council agreed they would deviate from their present policy regarding supplying water to property outside the City Limits. - A motion was made by Councilman Jacobs, se.conded by Councilman Lee that Mrs. Schulenberg be allowed one service connection for the supply of City Water upon receipt of the payment for such service as.set forth by City Ordinance at the time of such installation due to the potential health haza~d of the ins~alla,tion of septic tanks in the proposed Tract No. 273, Al1 members who reported present voted "Aye".
