R 4786 RESOLUTION NO. 4786
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING VEHICLES AS
SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THEIR SALE
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has certain vehicles which are no longer used or
needed as part of the police fleet leasing program; and
WHEREAS, the vehicles can be classified as surplus property and made available for
sale.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby declare as surplus the vehicles described in Exhibit A, attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and authorizes their sale.
On motion of Council Member Harmon, seconded by Council Member Barneich, and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Harmon, Barneich, Ray, Brown, and Mayor Hill
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
The foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 25th day of April, 2017.
