RESOLUTION NO. 2208

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "THIRTY (30)
MINUTE PARKING" ZONE ON A PORTION OF GRAND
AVENUE (930 GRAND AVENUE) ENCOMPASSING A
MINIMUM OF ONE ( I ) PARKING SPACE
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a
"thirty (30) minute parking" on a portion of Grand Avenue, as
specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arroyo Gr~nde, as follows:

That a "thirty (30) minute parking" zone be established
on the northerly frontage of Grand Avenue, extending
from a point two hundred feet (200') west of the
intersection of the centerlines of North Halcyon Road
and Grand Avenue, thence westerly to a point on the
northerly right-of-way line. two hundred twenty feet
(220' ) west of the intersection of the centerlines of
North Halcyon Road and Grand Avenue Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City
of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and
instil 11 sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "thirty
(30) minute parking" zone.
On motion of Council ~Iember Moot s , seconded by
Council Member Johnson, and on the following roll
ca II vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Moots, Johnson, Porter, Millis and Mayor Mankins
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 8th day of
March, 1988.
