A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING"
I ZONE ON A PORTION OF BRISCO ROAD (BRISCO ROAD
FRONTAGE OF 1186-1196 GRAND AVENUE) (MUNICIPAL
! CODE SEC. 2-7.04)

I WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit
I parking on a portion of Brisco Road. as specifically described
below: :

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

\ City of Arroyo Grande, as follows: .-J
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the easterly
I frontage of Brisco Road, extending from a point seventy
I feet (70') north of the intersection of the centerlines
of Grand Avenue and Brisco Road. thence northerly to a
i point on the .easter ly right-of-way 1 ine, two hundred
\ twenty feet (220') north of the intersection of the
centerlines of Brisco Road and Grand Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City
I of Arroyo Grande be. and is hereby authorized to provide and
install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "No
Parking" zone.
On motion of Council Member Moots, seconded by
Counei I Member Johnson, and on the following ro]]

AYES: Council Members Moots, JOhnson, Porter, Millis and Mayor Mankins
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 8th day of
March, 1988.
