RESOLUTION NO, 2205
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING FEES
FOR AGENDAS AND RELATED DOCUMENTS
WHEREAS, Citizens of the City of Arroyo Grande and others wish to
receive copies of the City Council and other boards and commissions i
meeting agenda packets or portions thereof; and I
WHEREAS, costs to the City for paper, staff time, reproduction, maintenance I

of equipment and postage have increased in recent years; and l
I
WHEREAS, the number of requests for agenda materials has increased;
and ,
!
-~ WHEREAS, it benefits all the Citizens if those using the City services
pay the resulting costs. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande that fees shall be charged for agenda packets, agenda
and minutes only, and agenda only.
SECTl ON 1. City Council and other uoards and commissions meeting
agenda packets shall be sold at the rate of $.07 per copy for letter
size paper and $.08 per copy for legal size paper,
SECTlON 2. City Council and other boards and commissions meeting
agenda and minutes shall be sold at the annual rate of:
. City Council Agenda and Minutes $35,00
. City Council Agenda $20.00
. City Boards and Commissions Agenda and Minutes $25.00
. City Boards and Commissions Agenda $15.00
On motion of Council Member Johnson, seconded by Council Member Moots,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Johnson, Moots, Millis, Porter and Mayor Mankins
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 8th day of March,
1988.
