RESOLUTION NO. -~--
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF EAST BRANCH STREET (101
EAST BRANCH STREET) (MUNICIPAL CODE SEC.
2-7.04)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit I
parking on a portion of East Branch Street, as specifically 1
described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the i
northerly frontage of East Branch Street, extending
from a point twenty feet (20') east of the intersection
of the centerlines of Nevada Street and East Branch
Street, thence easterly to a point on the northerly
right~of-way line, forty five feet (45') east of the
intersection of the centerlines of Nevada Street and
East Branch street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City I
of Arroyo Grande be, aQd is hereby authorized to provide and
install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "No
Parking" zone,

On motion of Council Member Johnson, seconded by
Council Member Moots, and on the following roll
call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Johnson, Moots, Porter, Millis and Mayor Mankins
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution WaS passed and adopted this 23rd day of
February, 1988.
