Branch Street Arroyo Grande, CA 93420 RE: Public Hearing 05-09-2017 Rodeo Drive and Grace Lane Dear Mayor and Council Members: I live in Rancho Grande adjacent to the proposed development. I support the decision of the Planning Commission which voted 5-0 in favor of the project for seven estate size lots. The Applicants have done a great job of creating a low density and low visual impact project. Their proposal of six lots on the top and one lot off of Grace Lane where there is already a pad is very sensitive to the site and to the neighbors. Please enter my letter of support into the Public Record. Thank you!
