WHEREAS, the City ComcJl of the City of Arroyo Grsilde has coosi.dered Lot Split 87-
451 In accordance with 0Iapter 3 of the SUbdivision Ordinance of the City of Arroyo Grande;
and
WHEREAS, the City CoI.I\cl1 hils f01lld that this project Is CCIISistent with the
General Aan and the Envirormental DocIInents 8IIIIOclated therewith, and a Negative Declaration
has been dec1ared \I1der the provIs1ons of the Calltomfa &lvIrotlnental QuaUty Act (CEQA),
and
1fHEREAS, the City CoI.I\cl1 has fl&'ther fOlS1d that this project is CCIISistent with the
ZonIng Ordinance and General Plan of the City of Arroyo Grande; and
WIIEREAS, this site' Is physically suitable for the proposed type and density of '"""
deveJopuem becawe II1l yards, open spece&, setbaCks, fences and waDs, perIdng areas and other
features can be ac""'II..odI1ted; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision desJgn .Is not likely to cawe substantial and

WIIEREAS, said Lot SplIt W8S referred to various City Departments and the staff
Advisory Cc:mnIttee tor ~1I..endation.
NOW, TRRRJOIORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City CouncIl of the City of Arroyo
Grande hereby approves said Lot Split No. 87-451.
