RESOLUTION NO._~98__
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF NORTH MASON STREET (30j
EAST BRANCH STREET) (MUNICIPAL CODE'SEC. 2-7.04)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit
parking on a portion of North Mason Street, as specifically
described below:
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the
easterley frontage of North Mason Street, extending
from a point thirty-five feet (35') north of the
intersection of the centerlines of East Branch Street
and North Mason street, thence northerly to a point on
the easterly right-ot-way line, seventy five feet (75')
north of the intersection of the centerlines of East
Branch Street and North Mason Street,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City
of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and
install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "No
Parking Zone,"
On motion of Council Member Mi1l is , seconded by
Council Member Moots , and on the following roll
call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Millis, Moots, Johnson, Porter and Mayor Mankins
NOBS: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 9th day of
February, 1988.' I
