A RESOLUTION OF 'l'HE CITY COUNCIL OF 'l'HE
CITY OF ARROYO GIWIDE ADOPTING AS RBFBRBNCED
ADMINISTRATIVE CODES AND POLICIES OF 'l'HE ARROYO
GRANDE FIRE DBPAR'l'MBN'l' (1987), POLICY MANUAL (1987),
SAFETY MANUAL (1987), FIREMI\N'S ASSOCIATION BYLAWS (1987),
FIIlEFIGII'l'ER'S BENEFIT MANUAL (1987) AND D!WELOPMENT STANDARDS
FOR FIRE PROTECTION.

NOW, 'l'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Arroyo Gr~ does hereby resolve and adopt the following
policies and codes as .reasonaple minimum for the operation and
organization of the Fire Department.
1. Fire Department Policy Manual (1987).
Fire Department safety Manual-(1987~~ . ,
