June 4, 1964 - 7:30 P.M.
The City Council met in adjourned session with Mayor Jacobs presiding.
Upon roll call Councilwoman Thompson, Gouncilmen McNeil and Burt reported
present. Councilman Wood was absent.
BUDGET REVIEW
The City Administrator reviewed with the Council the proposed 1964-65
Budget, outlin;ing several changes which were necessary to eonform to the new
chart of accounts which have been approved for use star£ing July 1, 1964.
After preliminary review, it was agreed another Budget session would be
called within the week.
ORDINANCE N0. 193-CHANGING CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MAKE-UP AN3~ ATTENDANCE
Ordinance No. 193 was read for the second reading through the tit e,
thereupon a motion was made by Councilman McNeil, seconded by Councilman
Burt, that reading the balance of the Ordinance be dispensed with. Motion
unanimously carried.

~ AMENDING ORDIN ANCE NO. 167 OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE BY CHANGING T'HE MAKE-UP OF
, MEMBERSHIP OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
AND REGULATING ATTENDANCE THEREOF
On motion of Councilman McNeil, seconded by Councilwoman Thompson and
by the following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen McNeil and Burt and Mayor Jacobs
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Wood
the foregoing Ordinance was adopted this 4th day of June, 1964.

On motion of Councilman McNeil, seconded by Councilwoman Thompson and
unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:35 P.M.
