Minutes 1964-06-15 Arroyo Grande, California
June 15, 1964 - 7:00 P.M.
The City Council met in adjourned session with Mayor Jacobs
presiding. Upon roll call Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen Wood, McNeil
and Burt rep orted present.
BUDGET REVIEW
The proposed 1964-65 Budget review was completed. The City
Administrator was instructed to make corrections an d additions to the budget
and have Fund Totals revised for final adoption of the 1964-65 Budget at the
adjourned meeting of June 18th, 1964.
PLANNING C~MMISSION APPOINTMENTS
Mayor Jacobs reported he planned to make recommendations for
appointment of three members to the City Planning Commission at the adjourned
meeting of June 18th, 1964.
12" WA'I'ER LINE EASEMENT
The Water Committee reported they would report on the Brisco
Hill 12" water line easement at the adjourned meeting of June 18th, 1964.
ADJOURNMENT
On motion by Councilman McNeil, seconded by Councilman Wood and
unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:20 P.M, to executive session
with executive session adjourning until 5:30 P.M. June 18th, 1964.
