RESOLUTION NO. 2190
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING" ZONE
ON A PORTION OF FAIR OAKS AVENUE (811 FAIR OAKS
AVENUE AND 407 WOODLAND DRIVE) (MUNICIPAL CODE
SEC. 2-7.04)
WHEREAS, it appea~s necessary and desirdble to p~ohibit
parking on a portion of Fair Oaks Avenue, as specifically
described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the
southerly frontage of Fair Oaks Avenue, extending
from a point eighty two feet (82') west of the
intersection of the centerline of Fair Oaks Avenue
and Woodland Drive, thence easterly to a point on
the southerly right-of-way line, two hundred forty
five feet (245') .east of the intersection of the
centerline of Fair Oaks Avenue and Woodland Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the
City of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide
and install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said
"No Parking" zone.
On motion of Council Member Porter , seconded by
Council Member Mi 11 is , and on the following roll
call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Porter, Millis, Moots and Mayor Mankins
NOES: None
ABSENT: Counc il Member Johnson
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 26th day
of January, 1988.
