Hello Matt,
Our office is a member of the AGVIA. The general consensus of all agents working at Farrell Smyth Real
Estate located at 110 E. Branch Street is that we are fine with the car show being held at either location on
Branch or at Heritage Park. The majority of agents prefer the Heritage Park location. Either way,
we recommend the City requires the car club volunteers pick up trash during the event and after the event
that is left on the sidewalk, along the trash receptacles, and in the street. Also, it is NOT okay to smoke in front
of the business establishments along Branch Street or on the sidewalk. Both of these issues have been an
ongoing problem over the past several years.
