DISCUSSION ON BRIDGE FAILURE ON CENTRAL BLVD.
Administra°tor Bu°~ch advised tha°t Dirsctor of Public IiVorks Anderson
had no°tified him.that on Novembex 21st, 1967, a bridgs °~ha~t ~s used
both for drainage and cattle undercrassiz~g on Central B~vd,~ approxi~
mately 1000 feet nor°kh of Highway 101 had fczileda Mro Anderson also
reported that a corregated metal plate arch to repair the bridge would
cost approxima°tely $5000 and would ~ecommend that ~this ins°tallation be
planned for within 3 or 4 years, avi°~h ~the wood porta.an of th~s s°tructure
being replaced immedia~tely to allow full use of this road at this timee
After discussion, on motion of Councilman Schlegel, seconded by Mayor
Wood, and unanimously carr~.ed, i°t was approved to authorize °the Director
of Public Works °to have the wood portion of the bridge on Cen#ral Blvd,
