A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING" ZONE ON A PORTION
OF WEST BRANCH STREET (121. 123. 137. 139 AND 145 WEST
BRANCH STREET AND 101 TRAFFIC WAY) (MUNICIPAL CODE SEC.
2-7.04)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a
portion of West Branch Street. as specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of the City of
Arroyo Grande. as follows:
I That a "No Parking" zone be established on the
southerly frontage -of West Branch Street. extending
- from a point sixty-five feet (65') east of the
centerline of the intersection of West Branch Street i
and Traffic Way. thence easterly to a point on the i
southerly right-of-way line. four hundred twenty-five
feet (425') east of the centerline of the intersection I
of West Branch Street and Tr~ffic Way. I

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be. and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs
and/or markings to indicate said No Parking zone.
On motion of Council Member Moots . seconded by Council Member
Johnson , and on the following roll call. vote. to wit:
, AYES: Council Members Moots, Johnson, Millis, Porter and Mayor Mankins
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10th day of
November, 1987.
