Mrsa Delores Beffa was advised that all routes were 40 miles per hour design speed, Mre Conrad Grieb reviewed for the audience the properties affected by Rou°te 4e Mro Edwin Taylor s°ta°ted tha°t he felt the original plan line should remain as adopted on Sep°tember llth, T962, regardless of cost.
