DECLARATION AND PD REZONJNG CASE 88-212, AMENDMBNT
TO ORDINANCE NO. 188 c.s. (RANCHO GRANDE) TO MODIFY
EXHIBrr "A".
wmm~AS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande, California has teld a public hearing to
consider an amenanent to Ordinance No. 186 CwS.j and
WHEREAS, the City CoI.l1Cil did consider said pro()Q!led amendnent to modify Exhibit nAn, the
- Conceptual Master Plan, by ad)Ist1ng the lot line between Parcel 10 of Parcel Map 77-103 and the Oak
Park Acres Plamed Development; and
WHEREAS, the CIty Council has teld the requIred pubJic hearing on the proposed ameOOnentj and
WHBKBAB, the at)> CouncIU tIndI no IIIbItantlve ~ to tbe envlronrnlnt and, theretore, the
adoption of a Negative Declaration Is appropriate; and
WHEREAS, the proposed amerdnent was fow1d to be consistent with the General Plan, Zoning,
and Goals and Objectives of the City of Arroyo Grande; and
WHEREAS, after due study and del1beration, the City Councn fU\ds that the plblic interest and
general welfare does require such an amendnent.
NOW, THEREFORE, the CIty Councll of the C1ty of Arroyo Grande does hereby ordain as
foUows:
SECI'ION I: ExhIbIt "An of Ord1nanl!e No.18B CoS. (Rancho Grande) Is hereby amended to adjust the
lot lIne between Paroell0 otParoe1 Map 77-103 and the Oak Park Acres P.Ianned DeveJopment as shown
on the attached exhibit.
SEaJ'ION 2: The Ordinance shall be In full force and effect thirty (30) da~ after its passage; and
within fitteen (15) days after its passage it shall be pubUshed once, together with the names of COW\CU
