After r~.~~a.c~1 d~.scussion, a motion was made by Councilman Schlegel, seconded by Council- ~,r:~ L~an and unanimously carried, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to sign t:~:f~•~nsion of Joint Powers Agreement and Lease of City Property, on beha.lf of , caith the Lucia Mar Unified School District regarding the Lopez Continua- ~~.gh Schaol located on City property at South Elm and Ash Streets, said lease ~_,~;~~nded an additional five-year period with no lease fees to the School ~r.e~.
