Final Map Approval_316 Short StreetNOTICE OF MAP REVIEW NOTICE OF PENDING ACTION NOTICE OF APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP In compliance with Arroyo Grande Municipal Code Sections 16.20.080 & 16.20.090 Government Code Section 66458 The City Engineer is authorized by the City Council to approve or disapprove final subdivision maps. Once a subdivision map is technically corrected, all conditions of approval have been completed or financially secured, a notice of pending action shall be posted with the regular City Council Agenda.
