purpose of holding said election consisting of con~oiidations of the regular
election precincts~'tn the City of Arroyo Grande as established for the holding of
state and county etec~ions.
SEC710N 2. That said regular general municipat election was held for the
purpose of electing the fo~lowing office~s s~f said CEty as required by th~ la~rs
retating ta cities in ths State of Catifornia, to wit:

Councilman Schlegel sugges~ed that smoking ~e banned in the Ce,'~ncil Chambers
