AN ORDINANCE RWBALING ORDINAN~ NO.
364 c.s. AND 365 c.s. WHICH PROHmlT
lWJIDENTIAL HEIGHT INCRHAS~ IN R-1 ZON~
Section 1: All provisions of Ordinances No. 364 C. S. and 365 C. S. are hereby
repealed in their entirety.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after the date of its adoption,
and prior to the expiration of 15 days fran the passage thereof shall be published at least once
in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the City of Arroyo Grande and
thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in fun fa-ce and effect.
On motion of Council Member floats , seconded by Cowlcil Member Porter, and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:

the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted this 28th day of June , 1988.
