ORDINANCE NO. 370 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANOE AMENOING THE MUNICIPAL
CODE BY DETERMINING THAT CERTAIN AGENOA FEES
SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR BY CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The folluwing section shall be added to Title 2 of the
Municipal Code of Arroyo Grande:
CHAPTER 10. FEES FOR GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
Section 2-10.01. Fees for Agenda, Minutes, Related Documents
The fee for City Council and all other City boards and commissions
meeting agenda packets, including agenda, minutes, staff reports and
other related documents; agenda and minutes only, and agenda only shall
be established by Resolution of the City Council.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
(30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its
passage, it sha 11 be pub 1 i shed once, together with the names of the
Council Members voting thereon, in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City.
On motion of Council Member Johnson, seconded by Council Member Moots,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Johnson, Moots, Porter, Millis and Mayor Mankins
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted on this 8th day of March,
1988.

RESOLUTION NO. 2205
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING FEES
FOR AGENDAS AND RELATED DOCUMENTS
WHEREAS, Citizens of the City of Arroyo Grande and others wish to
receive copies of the City Council and other boards and commissions
meeting agenda packets or portions thereof; and
WHEREAS, costs to the City for paper, staff time, reproduction, maintenance
of equipment and postage have increased in recent years; and
WHEREAS, the number of requests for agenda materials has increased;
and
WHEREAS, it benefits all the Citizens if those using the City services I

pay the resulting costs. ~I
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of I

Arroyo Grande that fees shall be charged for agenda packets, agenda I
and minutes only, and agenda only.
SECTION 1. City Council and other ~oards and commissions meeting I
agenda packets shall be sold at the rate of $.07 per copy for letter
size paper and S.08 per copy for legal size paper.
SECTION 2. City Council and other boards and commissions meeting
agenda and minutes shall be sold at the annual rate of:
