A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING EASEMENTS AND
IMPROVEMENTS FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
CASE NO 06-009 AND LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT CASE
NO 06-003, APPLEBEE'S, LOCATED AT 1462E GRAND
AVENUE, CONSTRUCTED BY APPLEBEE'S
i WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved Conditional Use Permit Case No 06-
009 and Lot Lme Adjustment Case No 06-003 (collectroely the project) on December
~ 5 2006 and
WHEREAS, the project was conditioned to complete certain public improvements and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed the improvements required by the
conditions of approval for Conditional Use Permit Case No 06-009 and Lot Line
Adfustment Case No 06-003 and
WHEREAS, staff has inspected the improvements and finds they are constructed in
accordance with the approved plans for the project and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby accept the following improvements for Conditional Use Permit
Case No 06-009 and Lot Lme Adjustment Case No 06-003 and authorize the Mayor to
execute a certificate of acceptance

1 Offer of Dedication for Public Water Main Easement and associated
improvements
2 Driveway improvements
On motion of Council Member Guthrie seconded by Council Member Costello, and by
the following roll call vote, to wit
AYES Councl Members Guthrie Costello Arnold Fellows and Mayor Ferrara
NOES None
ABSENT None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 22"d day of January, 2008
