May 18th, 1962
6:00 p.m.
The City Council met in Special Session with Mayor Burt
presiding. Present were Councilmen Wood, McNeil and Jacobs.
Absent was Councilman Lee.
A motion was made by Councilman Jacobs, seconded by Council-
man Wood that the agreement with the Arroyo Grande Elementary
School District for the installation of a sewer line to the Ocean
View SchooZ be approved and the Mayor be authorized to sign the
agreement for the City, subject to approval of the agreement by
the City Attorney and that all costs be paid by the School Dis-
trict. All members present voted "Aye.°

Absent was Couneilman Lee.
A motion was mad.e by Councilman Wood., seconded. by Council-
man McNeil to authroize the installation of an 8tT water line for
one block on Barnett St. from Cornwall Ave, to Grand.Ave, and. a
6't water line for five blocks on Grand. Ave. ~m Barnett St. to
Halcyon Road.. All members present voted ~tAye't.
Gouncilman Lee ~joined:'. the Council and. requested. permission
to leave the State. Permission was granted..
No further business appearing, the meeting adjourned..
