A ,RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING EASEMENTS AND
IMPROVEMENTS FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
CASE NO. 96-541, FIVE CITIES CENTER, LOCATED AT
W: BRANCH STREET AND RANCHO PARKWAY,
CONSTRUCTED BY SPHEAR INVESTMENTS, LLC
WHEREAS, the' City Council approved Conditional Use Permit Case No. 96-541 on July
9, 1996; and ',
WHEREAS, the, project was conditioned to complete certain public improvements; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed the improvements required by the
conditions of approval for Conditional Use Permit Case No. 96-541, and
WHEREAS, staff has inspected the improvements and finds they are constructed in
accordance with the approved plans for the project; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby accept the following offers of dedication and improvements for
Conditional Use Permit Case No 96-541:
1. Irrevocable and Perpetual Offer to Dedicate -Public Sewer Main Easement
per Document No. 2008005665 and associated improvements,
2. Irrevocable and Perpetual Offer to Dedicate -Public Sewer Main Easement
per Document No 2008005666 and associated improvements,
3. Irrevocable and Perpetual Offer to Dedicate -Public Water Main Easement
per Document No. 2008005667 and associated improvements,
4. Irrevocable and Perpetual Offer to Dedicate -Public Water Main Easement
per Document No. 2008005668 and associated improvements,
5. Irrevocable and Perpetual Offer to Dedicate per Document No 2008005669
and associated improvements,
6 Traffic signals at W Branch Street and Rancho Parkway and at W Branch
Street and the main entrance,
7. Frontage improvements to Camino Mercado,
8. Water improvements on Camino Mercado,
9. Widening of EI Camino Real between Halcyon Road and Brisco Road,
10. Modifications to the signal at Brisco Road and EI Camino Real
