R 26RESOLUTION No. •`C'~ ~T'ew series) A RESOLUTION FIXING THE 4YIDTHS OF SIDE`~IALKS ON A PORTIOIVT OF bTASON STREET AP]D ON A PORTION OF LE POINT STREET IPI TIC CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande, that the official width of sidewalks on portions of Mason Street, in said City, measured from the. property line to the face of the curb, shall be as follows: On D~ason Street from Branch Street to the approach to the bridge over ,fx•royo Grande Creek, eight (8) feet. On Mason Street from Le Point Street to Branch Ntreet, five (5) feet. Provided, however, that an the approaches to the bridge on b?ason Street, bath northerly end southerly, the off icial curb line shall be such as is more fully shown on the plan attached hereto and made a part hereof, which said plan shall govern for all details. And be it further resolved, that the official width of sidewalks on bath sides of Le Paint Street between its western terminus and_ Tally Ho Street shall be nine (9) feet, measured from the property line to the face of the curb. curh PROVIDED, however, that the xiaerw~r~~ returns shally in all cases, be the same as the narx•owest sidewalk forming the return.
