RESOLUTIONlTO CLOSE UP AND ABANDON THAT CERTAIN
PORTION OF POOLE STREET IN THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE, COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
~~ That certain portion of Pomle Street lying between
Lot 1, Block 10 and Lot 8, Bock 11, of the Short-~rtason
and 'Nhiteley Addition to the City of Arroyo Grande
Bounded on the North by Lot 8, Block 11, of said Addition,
on the East by Pacific Coast Coal Company property, on the
South by Lot 1, Block 10 of said Addition and on the 'Nest
~ by Whiteley Street.

WHEREAS, a petition is on file with this City Council
requesting that that certain street, as hereinabove described,
be abandoned under the provisions of Section 8195, General Laws
of the State of California.
WHEREFORE, it is duly resolved that this City Council
intends to close up and abandon all of said hereinabove
described street.
I hereby certify that this resolution was introduced
