RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COaNCIL OF THE; xG CfC%
CITY OF AFik~.~YO t'i:~P.~3DE ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF
1/~F CENT GA9 TAX ALLOCATED FOR STREETS OF MAJOR IMPOATANGE
WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Agreement has been presented
to be entered into with the State of California in accord-
ance with a protect statement for expenditure of the 1/~F
cent gas tax for the fiscal year 1940 allocated for
Streets of Mayor Importance other than State highways in
the City of ArragC tAr~nde; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Agree-
ment in Pull and is familiar with the contents thereof,
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of r'3rroyo F~ran9e that said project statement
be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed ex-
penditures of the 1/4 cent gas tax allocsted for Streets
of Mayor Importance other than State highways, and said
Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor
and City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of
said City, said Agreement to be binding upon the City upon
its ,execution by the authorized officials of the State.
