RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ~;kl~tt;TCi,; 4d~P1DE APPROVING MEMORANDUM 4F AGREEMENT
FOR EXPENDITURE OF 1/~4 CENT GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STATE HIGHWAYS
WHEREAS, the 9t ate of California, through its Depart-
ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented
a memorandum of agreement in accordance with a project
statement submitted by the City for expenditure of the
1/4 cent gas tax for the l~~}-~+1 biennium allocated for
State highways in the City of Rrx"~y~ ~3rati8e and
WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agree-
went in full and Ss familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the
City of ~,rrcyc i3rslad~t that said agreement for ex-
penditure of the 1/4 cent gas tax allocated for State high-
ways be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and
the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of
said Clty.
