WHEREAS, on the 24th day of February, 1941,
J. A. BECKETT and EL'FRIDA E. BECKETT, his wife, deeded to the
City of Arroyo Grande, those certain parcels of land more par-
titularly described in said deed; and
WHEREAS, it is provided by Section 1158 of the Civil
Code that the foregoing and within deed or grant shall not be
accepted for recordation without the consent of the grantee „
evidenced by its Resolution of Acceptance attached thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the City
Council of the City of Arroyo Grande, that said City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby give its consent to the recordation of the
attached deed and directs the Clerk of said City to attach a
copy of said Resolution to said deed as evidence of its acceptance
and its consen~to the r/~ecordation~of the annexed deed.
