County, of the indebtedness of Acquisition and Improvement

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL GF
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA,
CONSENTIISG TO THE MULTIPLE DISTRICT
REFUNDING OF THE INDEBTEDPdESS OF
ACQUISITION AND IMFROVETiENT DISTRICTS
PdOS. 3 AND 3A OF THE COUNTY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO, CALIFORNIA.
Wh'EREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County
of San Luis Obispo, California, proposes to conduct a
multiple district proceeding for the refunding of the
indebtedness of Acquisition and Improvement Districts
Nos.' 3 and 3A of the County of San Luis Obispo under the
provisions of the Refunding Assessment Bond Act of 1935,
as amended; and
WHEREAS, the assessment district which comprises
Acquisition and Improvement District No. 3A li.es partially
in the, City of Arroyo Grande;
NONJ, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Arroyo' Grande, California, DGES Ilh]REBY RESOLVE AND DETERPfIINE
as follows;
Section 1. That the public interest, convenience
and necessity require the multiple district refundin€ o£ the
indebtedness of Acquisition and Improvement Districts Nos.
3 and 3A of the County of San Luis Obispo under the provisions
of the Refunding Assessment Bond Act of 1935, as amended.
Section 2. That the Board of Supervisors of~the
County of San Luis Obispo is a proper body to conduct the
multiple district refunding proceedings, and this City Council
hereby,consents to the multiple district refunding of the

indebtedness of said districts under said act and the
levying of an assessment therefor under said act, and
consents to the Board of Supervisors of the County of
San Luis Obispo conducting the refunding proceedings
upon any terms permitted under said aet.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed
to cer~ti.fy a copy of this resolution and file the same
with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of San Luis
Obispo County.
