RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ~#6:, ~~: APPROVIN4 MEMORANDUffi OF AaREEA~ENT
FOR EXPENDITURE OF 1/4 CENT QAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STATE HIf3HWAYS
WHEREAS, the 8t ate of California, through its Depart-
ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented
a memorandum of agreement in accordance with a project
statement submitted.by the City for expenditure of the
1/4 cent gas tax for the ~, biennium allocated for
State highways in the City of ~,~~ and
WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agree-
ment in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the
City of *;~,+ ~~~,*•,ffi that said agreement for ex-
penditure of the 1/~ cent gas tax allocated for State high-
ways be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and
the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of
said City.
