WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande, a Municipal Corporation,
located in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, did
heretofore, to-wit, on or about the 14thday of August ~ 1945.
purchase certain real property hereinafter described, to-wit:
In the City,dfT:Arroyo Grande,Lots 13,14 and 15,Block 6 of ~hort~
Mason and Whiteley tract.
That ever since the 14thday of August , 1945 , the said
City of Arroyo Grande has been and now is the owner of said real
property; and
WHEREAS said property is presently assessed by the City of
Arroyo Grande for the fiscal year 194-1946 in the name of

NOW, THEREFORE, IT I5 ORDERED by the City Council of the
City of Arroyo Grande, that the officer in charge of records for the
City of Arroyo Grande, cancel the taxes levied upon the above described

real property, together with the penalties and costs, if any, attached
thereto in accordance with the provisions of Sections 4986 and 4986.2
of the Revenue and Taxation Code.
