RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AR~JYO C4AANDa ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF
1/4 CENT GA9 TAX ALLOCATED FOR STREETS OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE
WHEREAS, a memorandum of agreement has been presented
to be entered Snto with the State of California in accord-
ance with a pro,~ect statement for expenditure 'of the 1/4
cent gsa tax for the fiscal year 19~F7 allocated for
streets of mayor importance other than State highways in
the City of Arroyo Oranfl® and
WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agree-
ment in fu21 and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the
City of Arroyo E3rAAde that said project statement
be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed ex-
penditures of the 1/4 cent gas tax allocated for streets
of mayor importance other than State highways, and said
agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the mayor
and the city clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the City
upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State.
