AE IT RESOLVID,that l~rs Loraine Dennis be permitted to hook
her property up to the sewer outfall of the City of Arroyo Grande,
provided that said installation be inspected and authorised by the
City Engineer of the City of Arroyo Grande,and no installation
shall be made until an inspection shall have been made and approval
of said City Engineer shall have been obtained. In addition thereto,
the said Lars Loraine Dennis shall pay to the City of Arroyo Grande
as and for an inspection fee for said inspection,the sum of One
Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1.50 ), and shall thereafter pay to the
said City of Arroyo Grande as a fee for permission to use said
sewer outfall to hook his property up to,the sum of ®ne Dollar
( $1.00) per month.
