RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF T.HE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE, COUI~'TY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO
RELATIVE TO THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
W H E R E A S, the City Council oP the City of Arroyo Grande,
in the County oP San Luis Obispo, State of California has hereto-
fore published notice of its intention to sell certain hereinafter
described real property located in said City and belonging to said
City, the said property being no longer necessary for the public
use or welfare, and
W H E R E A S , on the _ 7th day oP Januar_y 194 at the
hour oP~;i~ht o~clock P.M. in the chambers of the said City
Council in the City Hall of the said City Arroyo Grande the
written bids having been opened, and thereafter oertain oral bids
having been received, and the highest and best bid which was then
obtainable being the sum of ~ 1000.00 , which said bid was made
by S•y,1•Denison _, and
W H E R E A S, it appears to be in the best interests of the
public and of the said City of Arroyo Grande that said bid be
accepted«
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the
bid of S.V~;.Denison in the amount of
w~ 1000.00 Por the hereinafter-described real property ~e
accepted, and the same is herewith accepted.
IT IS FURTHr-'R ORDERED that the Mayor of the City oP Arroyo
Grande be authorized to execute a deed for the hereinafter
described real property to the aforesaid S_t,1,Denison
upon the payment to the City Clerk of the sum of ~ 1000.00
The property intended to be sold is described as that real
(property located in the City oP Arroyo C,rande, County of San
(Luis Obispo, State oP California, more particularly described
as Follows:
That portion oP Lot 24 oP Woods Addition to the Town of
Arroyo Grande, in the City oP Arroyo Grande, County oP
San Luis Obispo, State of California, as laid down and
designated on the map thereof drawn by A. F. Parsons
and Piled Por record October 6, 1887 in the Office oP the
County Recorder of said County, described as Follows:

1 Beginning at the most.Northerly corner of said Lot; thence
2 South 5?° West along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 80.5
feet to the most Northerly corner of the property conveyed to
3 Wm. Byers, et ux., by deed dated January 22, 1926 and recorded
in Book 11 of Official Records, at pale 1, records of said
I 4 County; thence South 33° 21' East along the Northeasterly line
of the property so conveyed 169.5 feet to the Southeasterly
5 line of said Lot; thence North 57° East along said South-
easterly line 80,5 feet to the most Easterly corner of said
