RELATIVE TO THE REESTABLISHMENT OF THE EOULEVARD STOP
AT THE CORNER OF Nelson A~dD lt~ason
STREETS IN T~TT~d~ GRA
WHEREAS; there 1s presently a boulevard stop sign located-on
the Southeasterly corner of T•.7ason Street at the
intersection of said Street with Plelson Street in
the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, and
WHEREAS, it appears desirable to move said sign from its
present location,
NOW THEREE'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California
that the boulevard stop sign now situated at the Southeasterly
corner'of i~tason Street at its intersection with
T?elson Street, which said sign presently stops
all traffic entering r'elson Street from
tuTason Street, be, and the same is herewith
ordered removed from said location and placed on the Southwesterl
coiner of DTelson Street at its intersection with
1~Zason Street in said City of Arroyo C=rande, so
as to stop all traffic entering Itiason Street
from P7elson Street.
On motion of Councilman 3ountree , seconded by
Councilman Schnvder , and cn the following roll
call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen Phillips,5chnyder,i,Ienny,Lierly'and Rountree.
NOES: none. _
ABSENT: None..
the foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted.
