OF THE CITY, COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE,
AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS TO RF,AL ESTATE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o3 Arroyo Grande
that the deeds of CLIFFIE PHOEDTIX and ADDIE E. SPARKS, formerly
known as A~DIE E. WOOD, to the hereinafter described real property
be and ,the same are herewith ordered accepted, Said property is
described as follows, to wit:
That portion of Lot 24 of Wood+s Addition to the Town of
Arroyo Grande, in the Cit"y op Arroyo Grande, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, as laid down and designated
on the map thereof, drawn by A. F. Parsons and filed for
record October 6, 1887 in the office of the County Recorder
of~aaid County, described as follows;
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of said lot; thence
South 57° West along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 80.5
feet to the most Northerly corner of the property conveyed to
Wm,'' Byers, 'et ux., by deed dated January 22, 1926 and recorded
in Book 11 0~ Official Records, at page 1, records of said
County; thence South 33° 21~ East along the. Northeasterly
line of the property so conveyed 169.5 feet to the Southeaster
ly line of said Lot; thence North 57° East along said
Southeasterly line 80.5 feet to the most Easterly corner of
said Lot; thence North 33° 21~ West along the Northeasterly
line of said Lot 169.5 feet to the point of beginning.
IT IS FURTHER ORDEP,ED that the Clerk forward warrants in the
amount of Ten Dollars 010.00) to each of said persons in payment
Por said deeds.
