A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING EASEMENTS AND
IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 2616, OCEAN OAKS,
LOCATED AT 579 CAMINO MERCADO, CONSTRUCTED
BY CAMINO MERCADO PARTNERS, LP
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Final Tract Map 2616 on June 28, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the project was conditioned to complete certain public improvements; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed the improvements required by the
conditions of approval for Tract 2616; and
WHEREAS, staff has inspected the improvements and finds they are constructed in
accordance with the approved plans for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby accept the following offers of dedication and improvements for
Tract 2616:
1. Public Water Easement and associated improvements,
2. Public Sewer Easement and associated improvements,
3. Public Street Tree Easement,
4. Public Open Space Easement,
On motion of Council Member Fellows, seconded by Council Member Guthrie, and by
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Fellows, Guthrie, Arnold, Costello, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of May 2008.
