A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE
DECLARATION FOR THE TRAFFIC WAY STREETSCAPE
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council has conceptually approved the Traffic Way Streetscape
Project (the "Project"); and
WHEREAS, a Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared for the Project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby:
1. Approve the plans and specifications for Traffic Way Streetscape Project
"Project";
2. Adopt a Mitigation Negative Declaration for the Project and instruct the
Director of Administrative Services to file a Notice of Determination.
On motion of Council Member Costello, seconded by Council Member Arnold, and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Costello, Arnold, Guthrie, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Fellows
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10th day of-June 2008.
