Mayor Ferrara called the meeting to order at 6:20 p.m. Council Member Jim Guthrie, Council
Member Joe Costello, Council Member Ed Arnold, Mayor Pro Tem Chuck Fellows, City
Manager Steven Adams, and City Attorney Timothy Carmel were present.
