CC 2017-08-22_12c PP_James Way Oak Habitat Trail Extension Consideration of Adoption of an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration and Approving the James Way Habitat and Wildlife Preserve Trail Addition Project (Staff Project 17-008) 10/27/2017 1 Background 10/27/2017 - The James Way Habitat is a part of Tract 1994, and was formally accepted in fee by the City Council on May 3, 1994.
