53(k). Prior to issuance of building permits for individual lot development, the following conditions shall apply to Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10:
Those portions of development on Lot 3 that are more than 100 feet from Castillo Del Mar Drive shall not exceed an elevation of 25 feet above natural grade.
The top of any development on Lots 4 and 5 shall not exceed an elevation of 290 feet above sea level (based on contour maps used in the Final EIR).
The top of any development on Lots 6 and 7 shall not exceed an elevation of 295 feet above sea level.
No development shall exceed 35 feet above natural grade.

Architectural Review Findings:
