AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE REPEALING CHAPTER 2.28 OF
TITLE 2 OF THE ARROYO GRANDE MUNICIPAL CODE
TO DISBAND THE SENIOR ADVISORY COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Chapter 2.28 of Title 2 of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code is hereby
repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2: Within fifteen (15) days after passage of this Ordinance, it shall be
published once, together with the names of the Council Members voting thereon, in a
newspaper of general circulation within the City.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days after its passage.
On motion of Council Member Costello, seconded by Council Member Guthrie, and on
the following roll call vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Costello, Guthrie, Arnold, Fellows, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
